Timothy W. Prekopi, 66, of New Castle passed away the afternoon of October 26, 2023 at UPMC Jameson. Born in New Castle on January 5, 1957, Timothy was the son of the late Joseph Prekopi, Sr. and Mary Ann Perrotta Prekopi.
Timothy was a member of Holy Spirit Parish. He was an avid reader and sports fan. Timothy enjoyed taking long walks and watching sports on television.
Timothy is survived by his four brothers, Charles, John, Alfred Prekopi and Joseph Prekopi, Jr. and one sister, Mary Jo Arblaster.
Services are private. Burial will be in St. Lucy Cemetery. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Ed & Don DeCarbo Funeral Home & Crematory, 941 S. Mill St.
Eternal rest grant unto Timothy, O Lord. Let perpetual light shine upon him. May his soul, and the souls of all the faithful departed, through the mercy of God, rest in peace. Amen.
