Stephen Andrew Fenner, 54, of Wilmington Township, Lawrence County, passed away on April 11, 2020, at UPMC Jameson Hospital. Stephen was born in Newport, Rhode Island to Dr. Henry Edgar Fenner and Ruth Ann Elliott Fenner. He married Rosalia Pace on April 26, 2004, in Palermo, Italy, and together have a daughter, Giulia, and two sons, Thomas and Isaac Fenner.
Stephen graduated from Grove City College in 1988 with a bachelor's degree in psychology. He later graduated from St. Francis School of Nursing with an RN degree before eventually working as a transplant nurse. He was a member and former president of the Golden Triangle International Transplant Nurses Society. Above all, Stephen loved his family and spending time with them.
Survivors also include his parents; a sister, Carolyn (Howard) Moss of Volant; and a brother, Mark (Barbara) Fenner of Forty Fort, Pennsylvania.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Thomas Fenner.
There will be a private family service at the Smith Funeral Home in New Wilmington. Stephen's sister, the Rev. Carolyn Moss, will officiate. Interment will follow at Fair Oaks Cemetery. There will be a celebration of his life at a later time. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Smith Funeral Home, 310 W. Neshannock Ave., New Wilmington.
