March 14, 2021 Holy Spirit Parish is bustling with activity

Not to be outdone by our fabulous Lenten Fish, the parish and Holy Spirit Academy have other fundraisers on the calendar as well. On March 15, the Easter Bread sale began with sales continuing through March 16 and 17 and again on March 22 through 24. Names and donations for Easter Flowers were collected to March 22 to be cataloged and printed in the Easter bulletin.
On Thursday, March 18 pre-orders were taken for the Holy Spirit Academy Cavatelli Dinner. Orders were extended on Friday and Saturday for the Sunday carryout dinner. A Penance Service was scheduled for the evening of March 23 at St. Vitus. Catechesis of the Good Shepherd launched a drive to find children to sign up for their Good Shepherd Saturday Open House on April 24.
The Holy Spirit Academy has been selling lottery/raffle tickets and Rosalind Easter candy at the school and online. The Holy Week Mass Schedule was sent via Flocknote to parishioners on Monday March 29. Moving right on into April, a breakfast brunch is scheduled for carryout on Divine Mercy Sunday, April 11, the Sunday after Easter. Pre-orders for the breakfast will be taken on Thursday April 8.
