May this bulletin message find you growing in your spiritual life both personally and as a family. The parish is offering many opportunities for people of all ages to renew our faith. Prayer, fasting and alms-giving or works of service are ancient recommended means to spiritual growth.
Thank you to all of our wonderful volunteers who are assisting, not only in the parish Fish Frys and preparations for Easterfest, but also the Stations of the Cross, Faith Formation, and sacramental preparation (First Holy Communion, Confirmation and RCIA).
Thank you to everyone who helped provide the movie In Search of Mary, Queen of Peace. All who attended expressed appreciation and counted it part of their time of Lenten renewal.
Don’t forget that this Thursday, March 15th, parish staff will be serving you at the McDonald’s on Wilmington Road from 5:00PM to 7:00PM. Please stop by and satisfy your hunger while at the same time blessing a local organization, Hope’s Place.
Please keep our catechumens and candidates in your prayers as they make their final preparations for the Easter sacraments. We are very blessed to welcome twelve new people into our Catholic faith and the parish of Holy Spirit!
Bishop Zubik and the seminarians of the Pittsburgh Diocese will be here on Friday, March 24th to enjoy a fish dinner and then lead the Stations of the Cross at St. Camillus. This will include Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament and Benediction.
