John S. Melcer, 73 of New Castle passed away the afternoon of Feb. 1, 2022, at UPMC Jameson Hospital. A private service will be held later this week conducted by Fr. Brendan Dawson of Holy Spirit Parish. Local arrangements entrusted to the Noga Funeral Home.
Eternal rest grant unto John, O Lord. Let perpetual light shine upon him. May his soul, and the souls of all the faithful departed, through the mercy of God, rest in peace. Amen.
