Ingrid A. Jaworsky, 63, of New Castle passed away the morning of Sept. 11, 2021, at her residence. Ingrid was born July 7, 1958, in New Castle, a daughter of the late George Reiter and Katharine (Kolaric) Medved, who survives at home.
Ingrid retired after numerous years of service as a deli clerk at Sparkle Supermarket in New Castle. She loved cooking for her family and crocheting. Her greatest joy was spending time with her family and friends.
In addition to her mother, Mrs. Jaworsky is survived by her son, Eric D. Jaworsky of New Castle; daughter, Amy L. Fedor of Youngstown, Ohio; companion of 35 years, George Fedor of New Castle; brother, Joe (Becky) Medved of New Castle; and five sisters, Heidi (Robert) Cuscino of Florida, Rosalie May, Barbara (Alan) Houston, Kathy Reiter and Christine (Robert) Eakin, all of New Castle.
In addition to her father George Reiter, Ingrid was preceded in death by her sister, Magda Shelar; brother, Thomas Reiter; and son, James Fedor.
A private family service will be held on Friday, Sept. 17, 2021, at the Noga Funeral Home, followed by a blessing service in the funeral home. Deacon John Carran of Holy Spirit Parish will officiate.
Give Ingrid eternal rest, O Lord, and may your light shine on her forever. Let us find in your Son comfort for our sadness, certainty in our doubt, and courage to live through this hour. Make our faith strong through Christ our Lord. Amen.
