Donna Jean Goodrich, beloved mother, formerly residing on Park Avenue, New Castle, PA, passed away on March 3, 2022 after an extended illness. Donna, 86, was born on December 10, 1935, the daughter of the late Anna Verlotte, her mother, and Angelo Pezzuolo, her father. Donna Jean was also preceded in death by her husband, Raymond P. Goodrich, Sr.
Donna Jean dedicated her life to her family including her son, Raymond Goodrich, Jr. (wife Laura McBurney) of Fort Collins, Colorado, daughter, Darlene Armstrong (husband Mel) of Jacksonville, Florida and daughter Susan Bradley (husband Robert) of New Castle, Pennsylvania, her brother, Angelo Pezzuolo of Mount Jackson, Pennsylvania and twin-sister, Jane Gatte, of Boardman, Ohio. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; Heather Card (husband Allen), Chelsea, and Brooke Armstrong, Kyle Bradley and Joshua; Jason and Nathan Goodrich and three great grandchildren; Mason, Hunter and Wyatt Card.
In addition to her parents and husband, Donna Jean was also preceded in death by her brothers, Tony, Carmen, John, Henry and James Pezzuolo and sisters Lottie Pezzuolo and Ida Cervone.
A private interment was held at St. Mary Cemetery in Union Township on March 7th. We shall hold her in our hearts until our day of reunion in God’s presence. Arrangements were entrusted to the Ed & Don DeCarbo Funeral Home & Crematory, 941 South Mill St.
Eternal rest grant unto Donna, O Lord. Let perpetual light shine upon her. May her soul, and the souls of all the faithful departed, through the mercy of God, rest in peace. Amen.
