Andrea M. Przybylski, 64, of 6 W. Laurel Ave., New Castle, passed away the afternoon of Dec. 12, 2022, at West Penn Hospital in Pittsburgh. Andrea was born July 17, 1958, in New Castle. She was the daughter of the late Joseph J. and Rose (Giermanski) Przybylski. They preceded her in death.
Andrea was of the Roman Catholic faith and attended Holy Spirit Parish-St. Mary's site. She was a graduate of New Castle High School, class of 1976. Andrea continued her education earning a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Youngstown State University, and a Master of Library Science degree from the University of Pittsburgh. Ms. Przybylski worked for more than 30 years as a supervisor librarian at the Youngstown Public Library System. Andrea was member of the Lawrence County Historical Society, New Castle School Board and People for Community Integrity. She loved gardening, baking and her cats. She enjoyed her family and friends, especially her sisters. Andrea enjoyed traveling and loved her trip to Poland.
Ms. Przybylski is survived by her twin sister, Audrey J. Przybylski, of New Castle and sister, Loraine J. Przybylski, of Fairfield, Iowa.
In addition to her parents, Andrea was preceded in death by her maternal and paternal grandparents.
Visitation will be held from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m. Friday, Dec. 16, 2022, at the Noga Funeral Home Inc. 1142 S. Mill St., New Castle. A Blessing Service will be held immediately following visitation in the funeral home on Friday. Rev. Aaron Kriss, parochial vicar of Holy Spirit Parish, will officiate. Burial will be in Madonna Cemetery.
Eternal rest grant unto Andrea, O Lord. Let perpetual light shine upon her. May her soul, and the souls of all the faithful departed, through the mercy of God, rest in peace. Amen.
