Agnes L. Clark, 94, of New Castle passed away the morning of March 18, 2020, at Jameson Care Center. Born on Jan. 21, 1926, in New Castle, she was a daughter of Stephen and Helen (Labecki) Kuczka. She was preceded in death on June 10, 2016, by her beloved husband of 65 years, Jack R. Clark, whom she married on July 1, 1950.
A 1944 graduate of New Castle High School, Agnes was employed with Johnson Bronze in earlier years, prior to being a homemaker. A member of Holy Spirit Parish, St. Vitus site, she was involved with the Ladies Guild and active with the church bazaar. Agnes was an avid cook and baker. She enjoyed reading, sewing, dancing and big band music.
She is survived by two daughters, Janet (Michael) Busin of New Castle and Donna (Christopher) Fedor of Boca Raton, Florida; a son, James E. Clark of New Castle; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents and her husband, she was preceded in death by a son, John R. Clark in 2018; a sister, Stella Sharek; and a brother, Charles Kuczka. Due to the unfortunate health crisis within our country, the family will announce a memorial service to honor Agnes at a later date. A private blessing service was held at the funeral home on March 23, 2020 and Deacon John Carran officiated.
Entombment will be in Parkside Mausoleum. Arrangements are by the R. Cunningham Funeral Home and Crematory Inc.
