Middle School And High School Faith Formation Registration:  Welcome to Faith Formation! We have an exciting year as we are moving to a Discipleship Model!

All Middle School (6th – 8th grades) students will be in a small group. Most small groups are meeting on Sunday mornings at the St. Mary’s campus at 10:30 – 11:45AM.  There are some options available during the week where times and locations will vary. We will try to accommodate requests. If you want to be in a group with another student, please indicate in the comment section provided on the registration. Please note: there will not be changes made once the registration process is complete. The Deadline for registration is August 20, 2022. Choices for selecting time and location will be honored on a first come, first served bases when the registration is received.

Small groups are also offered for High School students.

Youth Group gatherings, service opportunities and fun activities will also be offered for middle school and high school age students.
