Pauline A. Comas, 97, of New Castle passed away the afternoon of October 13, 2019 at Edison Manor. Born on July 10, 1922 in New Castle she was the daughter of the late Thomas and Mary Anderana Farbo.
On August 1, 1959 she married her beloved husband, Henry F. Comas who preceded her in death on November 28, 1993.
Pauline had worked for Shenango China. She was a member of Holy Spirit Parish. Pauline enjoyed working in her yard and caring for her flowers. Her greatest joy was the time she spent with her family.
Pauline is survived by her nieces, Lorraine Colella and her husband Leonard, Linda Nero, Karen Calhoun, and Sandy Scrim and her husband Richard, all of New Castle, and several great nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents and husband, Pauline was preceded in death by her two sisters, Clara Padula and Mildred Bertolino, and her brother, Paul Farbo.
Visitation will be on Wednesday 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at the Ed & Don DeCarbo Funeral Home and Crematory, 941 South Mill St. A Blessing Service will be conducted on Wednesday at the funeral home at 11:00 a.m. officiated by Father Victor Molka, Jr. Entombment will be in Resurrection Mausoleum.
