Margaret A. Curatola, 84, of New Castle, Pa., passed away Saturday, July 4, 2020, at the Quality Life Services Facility in New Castle, Pa. Margaret was born Oct. 6, 1935, in Bessemer, Pa., the daughter to the late Joseph Jr. and Anna Linge Blazic. Margaret was the widow of the late Carmen J. Curatola.
Margaret was a member of the Holy Spirit Parish, St. Anthony site in Bessemer, Pa. A full-time homemaker, she enjoyed roller skating in her youth and was a loving breeder of Pomeranian dogs.
She is survived by her children, Linda (Dallas) Mansell of East Palestine, Ohio, Christine (David) Wigton of Jackson Center, Ohio, Brenda (David) Klingensmith of Vancleave, Miss., Carmen (Michelle) Curatola of New Middletown, Ohio, Pam Fitzgerals and Jack Johnson of Beaver Falls, Pa., and Keith (Debra) Curatola of Lisbon, Ohio. Margaret was blessed with 13 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren.
In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Larry.
Visitation is scheduled for 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, July 8, 2020, at the Terry A. Cunningham Funeral Home, 203 Oak St., Bessemer, Pa. A Blessing Service officiated by Deacon John Carran of Holy Spirit Parish will be at the funeral home 11 a.m. Thursday, July 9, 2020, with graveside committal to follow at St. Anthony Cemetery.
