Lucille L. Forster, 79, of Neshannock Township passed away peacefully the afternoon of June 24, 2020 at her daughter’s residence. Born on April 19, 1941 in New Castle, she was the daughter of the late Frank (Yanks) Pagley and Josephine (Pep) Pisula Pagley. Lucille is survived by her beloved husband George Forster, Sr., whom she married on April 20, 1963.
In the early years Lucille owned and operated “Lucille’s Beauty Shoppe”. She later worked as an insurance agent for Prudential Insurance Company.
Lucille was a member of Holy Spirit Parish, St. Vitus site. A loving wife, mother and grandmother Lucille’s greatest joy in life was the time she spent with her family, especially her grandchildren.
In addition to her husband, Lucille is survived by her three children, Nadine Kirkwood and her husband, Michael (Bub), of New Castle, Michele Riedlin and her husband, Carl, of Annapolis, MD, and George Forster, Jr. and his wife, Rose, of New Castle, and her grandchildren, Michael (Megan) Kirkwood, Christopher Kirkwood, Marissa Kirkwood, John Riedlin, Nicholas Riedlin, Sarah Riedlin, Elizabeth Riedlin, Anthony Mulhall and Geanna Forster.
A private visitation for the family will be held at the Ed & Don DeCarbo Funeral Home & Crematory, 3000 Wilmington Road, followed by a
Mass of Christian Burial at Holy Spirit Parish, St. Vitus Site. Father Anthony Sciarappa of Holy Spirit Parish will officiate. Entombment will be in Parkside Mausoleum.
