Henry E. Otlowski

January 16, 1938 to November 13, 2019

Henry E. Otlowski, 81, of 1302 Randolph Street passed away the afternoon of Nov. 13, 2019, at his residence. Henry was born on Jan. 16, 1938, in New Castle. He was a son of the late Walter and Pauline Otlowski. Henry married the former Roseann Sbarro. They were married of 59 years. She survives at home.

Mr. Otlowski was Roman Catholic and attended St. Joseph the Worker Church. He retired after numerous years as a machinist at the former Mesta Machine in New Castle. Henry was an avid sports fan. He enjoyed fishing and collecting coins. Henry loved to go golfing with his family and friends.

In addition to his wife, Roseann, Henry is survived by his daughter, Susan R. (Frank) Matuscak of Medina, Ohio; his son, Steven H. Otlowski and his companion, Cathy Venturella, both of New Castle; and two granddaughters, Victoria Rose Matuscak and Samantha Anne Matuscak.

Mr. Otlowski was preceded in death by his parents, three brothers, Leonard, Walter and Edward Otlowski; and his sister, Margaret Otlowski.

Calling hours will be held from 4 to 7 p.m. Monday, Nov. 18, 2019, at the Noga Funeral Home Inc., 1142 S. Mill St., New Castle. A Blessing Service will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. The Rev. Victor Molka, Parish Chaplain of Holy Spirit Parish, will officiate. Burial will be in St. Lucy's Cemetery.
